MILLICENT HENRY is a passionately dedicated, caring, Community spirited advocate; a survivor who champions those, who finds themselves vulnerable through Coercive, Control/Gaslighting, mental health issues or disabilities in need of a voice.

She has a Diploma in Housing Management which she combines with her skills to inform, educate and inspire the general public; whilst creating written articles as a volunteer Assistant Editor.  Volunteering at a Community based organisation, she helps to organise and run events, create exercise programs within budget and a Food Pantry for the local residence and general public suffering from food poverty throughout the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown and present day.

She has a fun attitude and determination to succeed; vocal in her resolve to get things done. Holding onto a positive mindset to always motivate herself and others to do better.  Millicent is a single mother of one, living in a vibrant multicultural community, diagnosed dyslexic in her 50s and a proud Mossatonian from Moss Side. 

Holding onto a positive mindset, willing to learn, facing new challenges head on, whilst motivating herself and others to always to do better.  When Millicent is not changing the world through her creativity in the written word she likes to read science fiction, source and be informed about new scientific adaptions for everyday use that can be to be implemented into changing the world. 

Millicent likes the old art of “sewing and making clothes by hand”, eating out, cooking at home and Girls Nite, where mothers come together once a week to catch up and solve daily problems whilst having fun.
