COERCIVE CONTROL

Allow yourself to become Aware, Escape and Rebuild-(BAER).

Laying yourself "baer" to "your truth" will eventually become "the truth".

To understand Coercive Control, you first have to have gone through it, like myself being "gaslighted"(Coercive Control) by a sibling for years or helped somebody locked in. 

if is happening to you or someone you know? 

Being brave enough to reach out and ask for help; will place your feet onto the first steps in regaining control of your mind and your life.

This can only be achieved if you can separate your loved up heart and memories of "first contact" from your head, you will have to want to fight, breakthrough the mazed web clogging your reality; letting your burning stinging tears of betrayal fall away into the nothing it was.  

Be you in a relationship, a Mother/Father to children; the hardest part of removing yourself from your toxic life.  Will be to find the strength to stand fast against an overwhelming silence from the "drama, chaos, confusion, self doubt and blame" that was forced onto you. 

WHATS HOLDING YOU BACK?

Make your choice; either continue to stay staring into mirrors, smiling in public, casting shadows of fake normality, while your feet hold firm in the mud or start/keep moving, going towards the light, the real you.  That you only glimpsed at the end of your dark tunnel, previously turning away, embarrassed. 

Dare yourself; to look at deserving better, to be loved unconditionally, stepping out, finally smelling breathing undiluted air?

Note To You:

Choosing freedom can be a lonely road but it will be a less burdened, rewarding and happier one with support.  No longer, needing "their" approval instead gaining approval of self by removing the static noise, stepping back onto the path torn from you; seeing your own value, hearing your own common sense, your voice; your ready, now bounce...!!!
